At Hostile Targets, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all customers.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us first—your return address and further instructions will be provided via email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued within 2–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or becomes defective during use, please send photos of the issue via text or email. After verification, we will send a replacement. Replacement orders typically arrive within 2–14 business days.
Replacement Policy (Usage Damage)
If a product becomes destroyed or unusable through normal, intended use, Hostile Targets will provide a replacement. Each customer is eligible for up to three (3) replacements total under this policy.
Hardware Coverage
If hardware components are damaged, Hostile Targets will provide replacement hardware as needed during the first year after purchase, within reasonable limits. We reserve the right to decline excessive requests, including those that would result in disproportionate or high-value replacements.
