Legal Notice – Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification

This Legal Notice is intended to clearly define the responsibilities and legal obligations of all individuals who purchase, possess, or use products sold by Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff).

By purchasing, accepting delivery of, possessing, or using any product provided by Hostile Targets, you (the “User”) acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to the following:

1. Inherent Risks
Hostile Targets products may involve activities and uses that carry inherent and foreseeable risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, or death. These risks may arise from intended use, unintended use, misuse, equipment failure, environmental conditions, or the actions of the User or third parties.

2. Assumption of Risk
The User knowingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with the possession, handling, and use of any Hostile Targets product. This assumption of risk applies regardless of whether such risks are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. Full Transfer of Responsibility Upon Possession
Once a product has been delivered to and is in the possession or control of the User, Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff) relinquishes all responsibility for how the product is used, handled, stored, or maintained. The User accepts sole and complete responsibility for ensuring safe and lawful use at all times.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User hereby releases, waives, and discharges Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff), including its owner, affiliates, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

This release expressly includes, without limitation:

  • Personal injury or bodily harm

  • Death

  • Property damage

  • Economic loss

This release applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including but not limited to negligence, strict liability, or product liability, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

5. No Liability for Damages or Death
Under no circumstances shall Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff) be held liable for any injury, damages, or death resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or handling of its products after they have left its control. The User agrees that all such risks and consequences are solely their responsibility.

6. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff) from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

  • The User’s use or misuse of any product

  • The User’s failure to follow safety practices or applicable laws

  • Any injury, damage, or death caused in whole or in part by the User

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By purchasing or using any Hostile Targets product, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Legal Notice. The User further acknowledges that they are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to bring claims against Hostile Targets (DBA: Filimon Usoltseff).

This Legal Notice is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
